Sonia has six years of experience in Kundalini Yoga and Meditation and has an affinity for mantra. Like so many of us, she has been in and out of her yoga practice over time. She's practiced a variety of styles since 2008 and has had a daily practice for the last two years. Sonia also comes alive when in nature, reading, going to concerts, and volunteering in the pro choice movement.
